Course Purchases (Starter & Premium)

We offer a 48-hour refund window from the time of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase
  • You must have accessed less than 20–25% of the course content

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, refunds will not be issued once a significant portion of the content has been accessed.

Content access includes, but is not limited to:

  • Video playback
  • Lesson views
  • Downloads
  • Any measurable interaction with course materials

Mentorship Programs

Due to the personalized and limited nature of mentorship programs, all mentorship purchases are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact our support team so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through support may result in account suspension and loss of access to all products.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria above
  • We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion to ensure customer satisfaction
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this refund policy
